Terms of Use

Terms for adults using the SmartCordinator patient app in Saudi Arabia.

Effective: 4 October 2026

The service

SmartCordinator is a free care-coordination service for patients of participating clinics aged 18 and over in Saudi Arabia. You select your clinic in the app. It supports account access, appointments, clinic communication, intake, aftercare and reminders.

Medical and emergency limits

SmartCordinator does not diagnose, prescribe, replace a qualified healthcare professional, or guarantee an appointment or outcome. Information in the app is general or supplied by the clinic. For urgent concerns contact the clinic; for an emergency call Saudi ambulance 997.

Your account

Keep your mobile number and device secure, enter accurate information, and do not allow another person to use your one-time code. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use the service only for lawful personal care purposes.

Appointments and communications

Booking requests remain subject to clinic confirmation, availability, cancellation rules and clinical suitability. SMS, push and in-app messages are service communications; delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of device, carrier or network conditions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not impersonate another person or submit false information.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and the planned seven-day deletion process. You can currently request deletion through the support email on the public account-deletion page. Automated deletion is pending backend deployment. Identity verification and clinic confirmation of any legally required retention are needed before processing.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, B-IT is responsible for operating the platform and your selected clinic remains responsible for care, clinical decisions and patient services.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the current dated version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to info@b-it.co.
